How to design tabletop decor for now thru the New Year

The holidays are here, and the festivities are upon us!

I’ve been prepping, how about you?

I have about 6 different projects I’m working on ranging from organizing my pantry, color coding my children’s books, installing all the holiday lights outside and my favorite project – setting my Thanksgiving table!

I’ve always loved Thanksgiving from the time I was a little one. As a child our family struggled a lot, but this ONE holiday always brought us together and gave us endless hope, joy and love.

Later as an adult, fifteen years ago, my hubby and I married over the Thanksgiving break.

And a number of years later our first son, Rohan, was born on our wedding anniversary date during Thanksgiving!

So you see, this week has a very special place in my heart, as I’m sure it does for your family too.

So I did something I’ve never done before to dress up my table.

And when our good friends at Great Day Houston called and asked how do I make my table look great all season long – I took the design one step further.

In my latest appearance on Great Day Houston, I show you how to do just that.

It’s only 10-minutes long, but it packs a huge punch.

Because I give you the exact steps you can follow to create a wonderful holiday-themed dining room that you and your family will love.

Watch this episode below.

You will also get to see a new project I did just for this year’s table.

No matter who you’re hosting this holiday season, you’re going to want to impress them when they arrive – even if it’s just for yourself.

You’ll learn:

  • A super easy way to get started on your table (Never worry about being overwhelmed again!)
  • How Amitha Verma Chalk Finish Paint makes it easy to get a stunning look in your home
  • How to start arranging your tabletop decor – and at this point Deborah invites me to sing!
  • How to commit to a color scheme for your table – there are only 2 options!
  • A few simple design tricks to extend your table through Jan. !
  • How to add drama and elegance to your table

As always, I share A TON of information in just a few minutes, so if you miss anything, you can replay the video once or twice.

When you’re done, leave a comment and let us know – which part are you going to use on your table? All of it, the linens, the painted project?

And also share one of your favorite Thanksgiving traditions. We’d love to hear how you celebrate.

From all of us at Village Antiques we thank you for your support of our business and your friendship. It’s our privilege and pleasure to help you create the home of your dreams and we thank you for including us in your journey.

From our family to yours, wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving.

Season’s Greetings

Amitha
